So many updates to this 4BR/2.5BA home located in the beautiful Blue Ridge area of Greer, SC. The kitchen has granite countertops with an island and coordinating Samsung appliances, including a gas range (very few homes in and around this area have a direct gas line). In addition, there are two living areas (one could be used as a home office or for some other purpose) and a formal dining area. All four bedrooms are located on the second floor; three of the four bedrooms have walk-in closets. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, and two closets (one is a walk-in closet). The master bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a shower with a seat. Above the garage is a large bonus room (was used as a music studio). Outside there is an in-ground salt water pool (very easy to maintain), a spa, and a built-in gas patio grill. The two large sheds with power can also stay with the home. In addition, the home also has solar panels, seamless gutters, and a finished garage. The home also had an extra parking space added. Within the last ten years, this home has had a new roof, new vinyl siding, updated tilt-out windows, updated lighting, and a new air conditioning unit. More recent improvements in the last three years include new engineered hardwood floors both upstairs and down, new carpet on stairs, upgraded baseboards on the main level, and updated fans in three bedrooms. In addition, the house was recently painted in a neutral color using zero VOC paint. The pool had a new liner installed this past November (2022), a new long lasting salt cell, and a new variable speed engine (this last one is an energy saver). The septic tank was recently emptied within the past three months. The home is located in close proximity to schools: Skyland Elementary Blue Ridge Middle Blue Ridge High There are two apple trees, two plum trees, and a hardy muscadine on the back porch that provides beautiful shade in the summer and fruit in the fall. There is good internet service.
