There is no dedicated parking spot, but there is ample street parking. Beware the street sweeping operations in the warmer months. Signage clearly indicates when and where they operate.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the the townhome. However, you may smoke on the front patio or private alley.

Cats or dogs are not permitted inside the townhome. Exceptions may be granted for properly licensed service animals.

You must mow the front strip of grass in the summer and shovel the sidewalks in the winter. However, the other townhome owners assist with these maintenance tasks. Any fees incurred from the city due to non-compliance will be deducted from your security deposit.
