The bathroom has a sliding door entrance. One of the highlights of this rental is the outdoor space. Step outside onto the side, screened-in private patio, where you can savor your morning coffee. During your stay, you'll have access to a sparkling pool, an on-site pickleball court, a shuffleboard court, a bocce ball court, a golf chipping area, and a fire pit area for you to utilize.

Dade City itself is a charming town with a rich history, offering a unique blend of small-town charm and modern convenience. Explore the local shops, dine at delicious restaurants, and immerse yourself in the warm and welcoming community.
You will get a code to the Schlage lock that is on the door in the lanai area. This will be sent to you the day before you arrive at 6pm. You are required to sign our pool waiver. If you do not sign the waiver, we have a right to cancel the reservation, fee-free. You will not be allowed to access the property unless this document is signed as this is required by our insurance. A starter pack of amenities is provided inside the home, including a fresh paper towel roll, a new roll of toilet paper per bathroom with extras left under the sink, hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, a new sponge, dish soap with three dishwasher tabs, a set of travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per bathroom, a few trash bags with one in the can upon arrival, and three laundry pods for the washer and dryer. If you need help locating a nearby convenience store for additional supplies, we are happy to help.
There is a side room with a desk that can be used as a working space while traveling.
