out of town owner says sell! Can't manage well. This could make you money! He had rented for only $475 for the 2 bedrooms units and $425 for the one bedroom units per month each, but let it go vacant to make easy to sell. You are not stuck with non paying tenants but have the opportunity to screen and choose your people. Needs general hard surface floor washing (no carpet in it), cleaning and a couple of cracked window panes replaced. Also some tree removal and the 4 car garage off the alley is very poor. Sold as is but don't think it would take much to make it move in ready. Tenants pay their own electric heat. He paid about $40-$50 per month for the gas hot water- 75 gallon tank. about $100 per month for water and sewer and $130 per quarter for trash. Insurance runs about $100 per month.These are not luxury units but are definitely decent and could be fancied up as desired. Good sized living rooms. It does have fresh paint inside. Electrical as well as the double pane windows are updated and lots of the plumbing.These units have nice large living rooms but all are different.The 4 car garage in back off the alley , he says should be torn down. He never used it.
