In addition to two oversized bedrooms located on the first floor there is a huge upstairs loft that can be used as an office, game and/or media room. The loft has moveable storage cabinets with adjustable shelving and an attic access that is plumbed should you ever want to add an upstairs bathroom. The entire home has been updated over the years with high end Pergo laminate flooring, newer tile in the kitchen and foyer, granite countertops, transitional light fixtures, 2- inch wood blinds, and special touches such as pedestal sinks and marble floors in the bathrooms. The master bath has an oversized walk in shower and the hall bath has a deep tub for soaking. The unit has quite a bit of storage space, including a large coat closet in the foyer that traverses the back side of the fireplace. Both bedrooms have generous sized closets and the master closet has a custom closet system from Closets by Design. There is also an indoor laundry room located on the first floor. Energy efficient features include a Trane air conditioning unit, double paned vinyl windows as well as blown-in insulation in the attics and crawl spaces. The AC unit was installed in 2014 and is serviced twice a year. The condenser coil was replaced in early 2021. The unit was also freshly painted in August of 2020 and the fireplace was swept and inspected in February 2021. The freshly painted one car garage has a track system along one wall to keep items (such as bikes or brooms) up off the floor. The unit has been fitted with hurricane screens and has a motorized hurricane shutter on the large window in the loft. The front and back porch lights have dawn-dusk timers and the house is wired with an ADT security/fire alarm system. There are many nice features such as tree lined walkways, gardens and a community pool. The clubhouse can be reserved for private functions. Grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants are walking distance and the Cross-Seminole Bike Trail is just across the street. Both Advent Health and Orlando Health ERs and the fire department are just minutes away. Easy access to I-4 and minutes from Hwy 417. Move in ready!
