The Hamilton building is located just one block from the North side of the Johns Hopkins University campus, just behind the Double Tree. You will not find a quicker and safer location to get to campus. Unit C3 can be leased as a 4 bed 2 bath ($669 per bedroom), or a 3/2 @ ($891 per bedrm), which is the original configuration. There is a washer dryer in unit and the building has machines downstairs if it's a busy laundry day. The price includes high speed internet and WiFi works in all of the rooms. Each bedroom has a window unit for A/C as does the Living Room. The parking is restricted, so residents with a car will need to park on the street. There have been several residents in the past that have done so with no issue. Sophomore groups are welcome, however the building tends to have Seniors, Grad students and professionals. This is not a "party building" but it is a short walk to Charles Village and the Jay shuttle is close as well. There is a coded entry area for resident access and package delivery. No pets please. This pedestrian-friendly neighborhood is tucked between Loyola University to the North and Johns Hopkins University, one block South, so it’s a great choice for anyone looking to be close to campus.
