This is a smoke-free property. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee.
The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
