The basement is pretty dry and has a 100 amp breaker panel, a natural gas forced air furnace, and an power vent water heater. The seller has mounted a nice dehumidifier up higher in the basement. The basement gets a little spring seepage, but had almost no water in the father's day flood. The one car garage has an electric opener and extra space for storage. The backyard also has a garden shed for storing seasonal tools and toys. The home has a metal roof on it. I was asked to say the home was "mom-cleaned" for listing!
