Events are not allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The garage will not be available for guest use. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
