The living area has a corner fireplace that offers great heat in the winter and the dining area opens out to the private patio that is large enough for your grill and seating. The kitchen has an island for extra counter and storage space, a large corner pantry, the refrigerator conveys, and the dishwasher is new! There is also a convenient guest bath downstairs. The community is protected by two gates, there are a lot of neighbors out walking, they are friendly and helpful. The community pool is located in the center courtyard area and offers grills and seating in the cabana.
If you are concerned about condo financing, we have already confirmed that the complex is on the approved FNMA list and will only need a copy of the Master Insurance to move forward so just call me for that contact. It is not FHA approved because the HOA management did not renew that paperwork. We did have a VA loan approved and I assume it would still be.
