Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators being charged a $200 fine. The property is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
