Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, with violations resulting in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine.
