Paid parking is available in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the garage is unavailable, you may utilize paid parking lots located close to the building. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
Only a block away from Canal Street, you have access to all kinds of public transportation. The convention center is just 1.6 miles away from the condo. Famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful buildings, you’ll be steps away from Bourbon Street jazz clubs, Cajun eateries, bars, and bistros. For a quieter experience, stroll down to the French Market with gourmet food and local crafts, or take a walk down Jackson Square where street performers put on unforgettable shows in front of the gorgeous St. Louis Cathedral.
Parking spots are limited. You can secure your spot by booking in advance, and we'll provide detailed instructions on how to do so in your booking confirmation and check-in instructions. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
