Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, but children are welcome at your discretion. Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring ensure compliance. The apartment is not for commercial use. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized animal or pet incurs a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests must keep towels and linens in good condition, and any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors. Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in. All guests are screened using a third-party partner for security purposes. Mail and package delivery is discouraged directly to the building; use a nearby pickup/drop-off location instead.
