I would note that this house has a completely separate basement unit (with separate entrance, etc.), which is why I can lease the main floor at a discount. The basement unit is occupied by a very quiet and considerate long-term tenant who is rarely seen and almost never heard because of all of the installed soundproofing. Way better than a town house, and all decks are for your use alone.
