The standard time for check-in is from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located. Any lost or missing keys, fobs, parking cards, or electronic devices will result in a fee of $150 each to replace. Unauthorized late check-out may result in delays in the cleaning of the unit and result in additional charges. If a guest checks out later than 1:00 PM without prior authorization, they will be charged for an additional night's stay.
