Hello, I’m Patrick, and I am the listing agent for this rental and also the owner of the unit. I purchased at the end of 2019, and put an offer on this place after looking at 11 other condos also for sale at the time. As soon as I walked in I knew it was different than the others. I drive an electric vehicle and installed a Level 2 EV charger at my parking space. Total average electric bill including charging my vehicle is under $100/ per month. Aside from the amazing rooftop, there is a “skybox” which is just inside the rooftop area, and a community room on the 2nd level as well (see photos).
