Pool heating is available for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. We welcome one house-trained dog under 60 lbs with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
Nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this home is surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around, with parking available for up to 2 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street.
Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. A ring camera is installed on the front door for safety and privacy. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside the home or on the property, and no third-party bookings are permitted unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines for violations of these rules.
