The house is in good condition, clean and painted, and everything works. The kitchen is dated and some cosmetic improvements would be nice but it is perfectly livable now and in move-in condition. The form of ownership is a condominium however it is an unusual condo. The entire fee for a year is $644 for this unit and it covers the insurance policy for the condominium. There are no other condominium fees. There are no rules and regulations. Everyone takes care of their own building and piece of land.
