The yards are a gardener's dream, plants seem to grow well here, hydrangeas, peonies, and the flowering plants and trees, that Old Chico is known for. The house has a ranch style floor-plan, the kitchen is in front with a corner sink and a good view of the neighborhood beyond. There is plenty of counter space and a cute center island bar. The cook’s stove has a natural gas cook top and electric oven. The kitchen is open to the dining room to enjoy the ambiance of a corner fireplace. These rooms open to the living room with a second fireplace, shiny oak floors and a good view of the backyard. The bathrooms have been updated with granite counters and new tile and there is crown molding in living room/hallway. The floors are all hardwood or tile.
