My roof is top of the line with class 4 shingles rated for up to 120 mph winds. My sellers wanted every part of me to last and be well taken care of. Now, lets talk about my radiant barrier in the attic. All ceiling penetrations have been air sealed, including soffit vent baffles. I have blown in insulation increased to R60 including the attached garage. I have a whole house humidifier and water filer. I also have a genesis water softer. My seller is all about efficiency. I have a 65 gallon high efficiency water heater. You will not go without hot water in my home, shower up! Lets get back to the sealing conversation. I forgot to mention I have had my HVAC ductwork sealed by Aerosol. If you ever want to install a lift in my garage you sure could with my side mounted garage door opener. I also have an insulated garage door. That of course should not surprise you by now. Oh yeah, my owners really like to see what they are doing in the garage so they installed LED lighting. I think you will like it too! There are a couple more things, the raidiant floor heat. Yes, you read that right. My owners en-suite has Schluter Ditra heat, electric radiant floor heat. No cold floors for them! (You either!) After a long day at the office or hard day at play, come home and enjoy a beverage from one of the beverage coolers. You can rest assure while you soak up some rest on my amazing covered composite deck you will enjoy your view of my back yard. Baby got Sq Feet if you know what I mean. I have just over 1/2 acre of a place for you to call home. Feel free to leave your camper in the driveway like my owners. They even have an RV 30 amp and 50 amp electric hook up in the garage if you need additional space to call home. I can't wait to be your new home.
