No past due accounts, collections, or judgments will be accepted.
Important: If any applicant in a group does not meet these guidelines, it may disqualify the entire group.
6.Income Verification
Combined, verifiable gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent.
Supplemental Cash Reserves: Cash reserves may be considered to supplement income (please inquire before applying).
Applicants must provide the last two years of tax returns.
7.Pets and Smoking Policy
No pets and no smoking are allowed on the property.
8.Application Fee
Applications will not be processed until the application fee is paid for each applicant.
9.Deposit and Rent Payment
Upon approval, applicants must be prepared to pay the security deposit and first month's rent before the move-in date via cashier's check or money order at least a few days in advance.
Lease Terms
1.Documentation

2.Insurance Requirements
Tenants are required to carry a $100,000 liability renters' insurance policy and provide proof of insurance.
