Once you jump on, you can take a two mile bike ride/walk to Fisherman's Village and another 1/4 mile to Playa del Rey Beach. There is also a highly rated charter elementary/middle school down the block. The 91 and 405 freeways are a few blocks away as are various shopping areas and neighborhood eateries. As this home is only a couple of miles from the beach, there is very little need for air conditioning and as a result, it does not have one. However, it does have modern ceiling fan lights in the upstairs bedrooms where it tends to get a bit warmer at times. This home has never been on the market before because of how special it is and has been lovingly and meticulously kept in the family since it was built in 1968.
