The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with free Netflix and Roku, complemented by high-speed internet. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and basic kitchenware for simple meal preparation. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer for long stays.
Guests can request mid-stay cleaning services for an additional fee. Small pets under 25 lbs may be allowed with prior authorization and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed.
Conveniently located in the heart of Norcross, this home provides easy access to local amenities and attractions. The neighborhood is equipped with cameras for added security, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.
Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is strictly at 10 a.m., with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given. Please respect the privacy of neighbors and keep the property clean. Parking is limited to four standard-sized cars, with no overnight street parking allowed. The house is equipped with cameras for security, and guests are required to follow all community guidelines.
