Home to share! I am looking for a single mature woman to share my house. My home is large, comfortable and conveniently located near downtown Canal Street and New Smyrna Beaches. It's easy to find your own space in this rambling home with 2 living rooms, a bonus room and large kitchen all on more than 1/2 acre with a pool and outdoor shower.
I am looking for a mature liberal minded woman who likes dogs as I do have one who lives with me. He's a friendly dog but prefers to be the only one in the home.
NO cigarettes but other legal smoking is fine outside. Looking for a 3 month minimum to start. You would have your own private room and bathroom and the rest of the house is shared. I will put a TV in the bedroom for when you want to watch in private and there are TVs in both common areas.
