We feel it’s nestled in a very special location - the quiet neighborhood is filled with wonderful neighbors and there are many nearby outlets to the water that make for pleasant dog walks and outlets for stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking out to the John’s Pass Sand Bar. We have loved taking advantage of the short walk to the gulf and John’s Pass and exploring nearby weekly farmer’s markets. We’ll miss being able to rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach days.
