Wow: What a different a face lift makes. This property was on a live auction site a couple months ago and it started out satisfactory but stalled out. Probably due to dated areas and items in the home. Before listing the home the family went thru and tried to identify what areas could be improved and cost justified. They started with the replacement windows. The two large windows on the north side and south side of home we believe made the biggest impact on the home. Also the most expensive. From there it went to doors, moving walls, interior painting, flooring, removing and replacing suspended ceiling. From there it comes down to where do you stop?? If you were in it before you have to come back and see it now. We started with a nice country agricultural setting with a 3 bedroom dated Bungalow home just off a State Hwy.
