I also have a slider door from the primary suite to the balcony as well as the full glass window slider doors from the living room! The kitchen opens up to the living room and even has stool areas in between so if you're cooking you can chat with whomever might be in the living room. It has a really nice open feel and it's SUPER LARGE! The other 2 bedrooms and bath are on the opposite side of the place, for privacy for the primary suite and this place comes fully loaded! Towels under the sink ready for you to hop in the shower after the beach! And even new toilets for you to, well, you know, who wouldn't want new toilets? New flooring in the bathrooms as well! I've got cozy carpeting elsewhere, except one of the bedrooms. I love cozy carpeting, tile hurts most peoples feet anyway. My previous owners did not want to leave me but had to because of a job transfer, so now I find myself in search of a new family to enjoy my proximity to Bunche Beach, a locals favorite, just 15 minutes away! Fort Myers Beaches and restaurants are just 2 miles beyond that. World renowned Sanibel Island is 30 minutes away and a beautiful drive. You're also right off Tamiami trail, which has every store and restaurant you could need and quick access North to Tampa or Disney or South to Naples. To see world class performances at Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Hall it is .7 miles away! You could walk and enjoy the fresh Florida air! Downtown Fort Myers and harbor are also just 7 miles away the restaurants here and ambiance are second to none and 1st Fridays it comes alive with arts and street performances not to be missed. You are also right by FSW if college is a need. To say this is centrally located is absolutely accurate and convenient for whatever your interests may include! New roof 2023. All age condominium under 200k with huge pool and tennis-is no small feat to find! Yes you can have a pet! Yes, yes and yes you will love this place! At over 1200 square feet this will be the most affordable 3 bedroom condo in a GREAT location that you can find! The vaulted ceiling even make it feel larger! Talk soon! I haven't found my right fit family yet that can afford me, but I hope it's you! I swear you'll love it here! Take up tennis if you haven't yet! My previous owner picked it up over age 50, you can do it to! It will seem as though you are driving into a church parking lot, go left, then see Greengate sign and go right all the way back to this building. It is very private with absolutely no through traffic.
