This home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private outdoor swimming pool with a removable safety fence, a furnished sundeck, a spacious living area with a smart TV, high-speed WiFi connection, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, in-home laundry machines, and free onsite parking for up to 2 cars. Enjoy lazy days by the private pool, stream your favorite shows, or explore nearby Orlando theme parks and attractions. You'll be in a quiet residential community, just a short drive to the theme parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Whether you're planning a family trip to Disney, a golf weekend, or a relaxing getaway, this Clermont rental is the perfect base.
Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35 per night, which is provided upon request with a minimum stay of 2 nights. A full BBQ propane tank is available upon request for $70 per tank. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" is available for $40 as a one-time fee and a highchair for $40 as a one-time fee. Mid-stay cleaning is offered for reservations over 3 days in duration for an extra fee and needs to be booked in advance.

Clermont, tucked away in Lake County, Florida, is just a stone’s throw from Walt Disney World Resort. The area stands out with its rolling hills and prime spot along Lake Minneola, part of the Clermont Chain of Lakes. If you’re into water sports, fishing, boating, or wakeboarding, this place is a paradise. You’ll also find plenty of parks to explore, like Lake Louisa State Park, where you can camp, hike, or swim, all within easy reach of Orlando. Golfers are in for a treat too, with courses galore, including the famous Jack Nicklaus-designed course at Mission Inn Resort.
The clubhouse and facilities within the community are currently under construction, so access to those amenities is not available at this time. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool is not assumed. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. [SI]
