Our 1 bedroom/1bath apartments are 610 square feet. The apartment has a huge 15ft X 11ft bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet. There is a full-sized kitchen with stove, range hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a linen cabinet, the super long 5 ft. length vanity countertop, and an extra-large mirror, with additional cabinetry below. The tub/shower and toilet are behind closed doors.

We have central air and heat, there is no charge for sewer, trash collection/recycling, water, and hot water.
Each apartment has 1 assigned off-street parking space.

There is a Study Room with Wi-Fi, and a Laundry Center, both are open 24/7.
We also have a Swimming pool with barbeque and picnic areas.
