This fully stocked turn-key rental has a Queen bed and smart TV in each bedroom, with a 4g 55" smart TV in the front room.
Since it was a vacation rental this 2 bdrm comes with all pots and pans, dishes and utensils, even the linens. A side door from kitchen leads to a sunny south facing fenced front yard with a BBQ and picnic table with a peek ocean view (seen in picture). You have alley access to dedicated parking for your car as well as street parking. There is free use of the onsite laundry room, and use of beach cruiser bikes/surfboards/boogie boards/beach chairs/wagon and sand toys. The great room is a sunny room surrounded by a bank of windows that allow the natural air conditioning of ocean breezes flow through.
We prefer a six-month or longer Lease, which will revert to month to month upon expiration. (i.e. 30 day notice to vacate is required). Open to shorter rental term for increased rate depending on length of stay. As a summer STR this rented for $350/night.
Pets are allowed with additional $35/month Pet Rent.
All utilities including Cable are included. There are ceiling fans rather than air conditioning.
This rental will be rent ready around March 5, 2025, depending on repairs needed to bring to our excellent standard of clean.
This is a no smoking building.
If you intend to stay less than 3 months, the rent would be $4095/month; if less than 6 months then $4050/month.
