Parking spots are limited. You can secure your spot by booking in advance, and detailed instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation and check-in instructions. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, with violations resulting in a $500 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
