It's a 5-minute drive to Caesar’s Superdome and Smoothie King Center for major sports and entertainment events, and a 7-minute ride to Caesar’s Casino and The Fillmore for gaming and world-class performances. Surrounded by jazz clubs, cafés, art galleries, theaters, malls, parks, and iconic NOLA eateries, you'll have easy access to Mardi Gras parade routes and year-round festivals.
Parking spots are limited. You can secure your spot by booking in advance, and detailed instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation and check-in instructions. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, and you'll be notified via email or text message if this option becomes available. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
