Parking spots are limited, and you can secure your spot by booking in advance. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction with a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony; any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
