The security deposit will be returned upon completion of the rental less any costs associated with repairing the property to its original state at the time of move in. Smoking is not allowed on property.

Tenants are in charge of setting up their own utilities (internet, gas, electric, etc.). We are happy to provide recommendations for these that are local to the area and used by others in the neighborhood. Tenants are on their own for providing their own refrigerator & washer/dryer.
