Upstairs carpet, exterior A/C unit, hot water heater and electrical panel were also replaced in 2018-19. Hurricane impact windows and new front door in 2020. Tongue and groove ceiling in family room with sliding glass door leading out to private balcony with ocean view. Both bathrooms have been renovated with new floors, shower tile and vanities. New paint throughout, light fixtures, baseboards, ceiling fans, interior doors and hardware. Fenced common area with courtyard and brick pavers, tables, grill and a shower head for rinsing off from the beach. Some furniture is included: Sofas, dining room table and chairs, master bedroom furniture and bunk bed. Less than 2 blocks from Tom Renick Park with picnic area, showers, bathrooms and playground area. Publix, shopping and restaurants along A1A. Maintenance fees include internet, cable, water, sewer, trash, pest control and exterior maintenance. There are 26 units in three separate buildings, three stories high with concrete block construction. Structural Engineer inspected all of the buildings in 2020 and the association addressed any issues. Concrete restoration was performed to some of the buildings exterior and new exterior paint in 2020. Roofs were redone in 2018. No pool and no garage, but one assigned parking spot per unit and some guest parking.
