The building’s HVAC system operates seasonally, with heating available from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage, but does not cover intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, replacement parking tags cost $200–$300, smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
