-Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
-Holding Terms: Property will be held and taken off the market upon receipt of completed application and a $300 deposit to hold fee that will go towards the security deposit. Deposit is non-refundable if prospective tenant backs out of a lease signing after they have been approved.
-Security Deposit equal to first months rent. First months rent and security deposit due at lease signing.
