All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you will receive before arrival.
