I have 1 private room for rent with a shared property. 2 are already rented, one in the basement with its own private entry and half bathroom but will need to share main bathroom on main floor for shower purposes. And one is rented in the main floor, leaving room for one extra person who wants to rent the opposing room.

Mainly looking for Males or if a couple are willing to share that’s fine too.

Laundry will be provided at an additional charge.

Located in Independence close to many stores including Walmart, Noland rd to the east, by 23rd st and Sterling ave to the west. Quiet calm neighborhood in west Independence. Very secure and hidden little neighborhood.
