The heated pool fee is $100 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature, and it is recommended to heat the pool between October to May. A 3-day notice before arrival is required if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
