The fully equipped kitchen, adjacent to the living room, includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and electric plate, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in to ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but packages can be received without issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as updates and refreshes occur periodically. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. Coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in, for a smooth process. A window AC unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend.
