The master suite is huge, has a separate large sitting/reading area, and a generously sized walk-in closet. Plantations shutters throughout the whole house. The kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room (with a fireplace) all have a view of the amazing backyard. Pool filter and vacuum were replaced in 2017. The patio roof (the top surface as well as the drywall underneath) was redone in Aug 2017. The cool decking was redone in Nov 2016. The drip system was overhauled in 2015.
