Yard: The most exciting feature is the back yard, the lot. 61' frontage 130' east lot line total 7360 sqft lot. I doubt that you will find a larger back yard on the market. I love that there are large sliding glass doors opening to view of rear yard. What a pleasant home. The Oak Floors and the Fireplace, the neighborhood and the lot size, The Remodeled Kitchen and Bathroom! The raised foundation with Original Oak Floors. This is a must see.
