Creek Decorative Concrete (from Towanda Ks) installed the custom basement floors. The back yard neighbor has attached a line to the existing 6" drain line in order to allow for rain water to flow to the street. This is a most unique home, not another like it that I've seen. Live on main level and older kids could have their own bedroom and bath in the basement. Many possibilities with this home.
