This area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! On some days, music can be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2 AM, and vibrations can be felt. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew: 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First: Complimentary warning, Second: $100 fine, Third: Immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
