The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe, and music can sometimes be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment as late as 2 AM. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; third, immediate eviction with no refund.
