This apartment is located in the very center of the lively Ybor neighborhood, where noise is limited during the day, but music can be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2AM. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Pet Rules Policy: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs, No Pitbulls, All pets must be housetrained, Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation.
