The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe. On some days, music can be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2AM, and vibrations can be felt. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet Rules Policy: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs, No Pitbulls, All pets must be housetrained, Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves.
