This apartment is located in the very center of the lively Ybor neighborhood, and music can sometimes be heard from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2AM. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed.
